THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Shortlisting and interviews are normally completed within a 4 week peeriod of the closing date. Should you not here from us within this period please assume that your c.v was unsuccessful. Under no circumstances will telephonic interviews be done. Below are the seven steps towards the selection process.

  1. The first step is to get a detailed job specification from our client.
  2. The next step is to advertise, sorce and headhunt potentially qualified candidates in terms of the job specs.
  3. Now that we have a lump of potential candidates our highly trained stuff will now screen and select the best resumes according to the clients needs.
  4. After the screening process all selected candidates will the be called in for an assesment interview with one of our consultants before sending the c.v through to our client.
  5. Then all reference check will be made.
  6. Once we have met personally with the candidates all resumes will then be sent to the client for approval and an initial interview with the cleint will then be scadualed.
  7. If your are successful in the interview with client, we will call you in for a brief discussion.

 

Please note that lying in your c.v is a fraud. Should you be found committing such act legal proceeding will be taken.
